Home Made Friend’s Co-worker --- Flavor: 10/10 Texture: 10/10 --- These were made by my friend's employee. I was really happy with the blend of spices used, they were flavorful but not too hot. They were sour, but not too intense. The texture was good as well. Not too squishy not too hard. Honestly, I don't know if I would change anything about them. I don't normally give perfect scores, but when I try to think of what to change, I can't come up with something

Sonoma Brinery All Natural Fresh Pickles The Wedge Dill Spears --- Flavor: 6/10 Texture: 8/10 --- Another Sonoma pickle, gotta compare them to each other while we're here right?! These have a strong flavor, celery seed maybe? The texture is still really cucumber so it has a nice crunch. The skin is consistent, not too soft and not to firm, it doesn't separate from the pickle meat which I like. I like them more than the whole pickles.

Tillen Farms Stonewell Kitchen Lemon Dill Pickles Gherkin Spears --- Flavor: 5/10 Texture: 5/10 --- These had a lemon slice pickled in with them in the jar. You can taste the lemon rind. Like you took pickle juice and half-ed it in the jar and added lemon juice as well. Not sour like a lemon. The pickles themselves have a soft texture, skin is soft like the meat. These are not great but I have had worse.

Uncle Yiannis Gherkins Cornichons --- Flavor: 4/10 Texture: 6/10 --- I bought these at TJ Maxx and I love the jar! The lady at checkout asked "did you come here just to buy these?" I tried explaining my pickle collection and she was not impressed. No special notes, gherkin texture where skin and meat are about the same, they do have a slight sweet flavor but doesn't taste intentional
