Another Sonoma pickle, gotta compare them to each other while we're here right?!
These have a strong flavor, celery seed maybe? The texture is still really cucumber so it has a nice crunch. The skin is consistent, not too soft and not to firm, it doesn't separate from the pickle meat which I like. I like them more than the whole pickles.
