These had a lemon slice pickled in with them in the jar. You can taste the lemon rind. Like you took pickle juice and half-ed it in the jar and added lemon juice as well. Not sour like a lemon.
The pickles themselves have a soft texture, skin is soft like the meat. These are not great but I have had worse.

Uncle Yiannis Gherkins Cornichons --- Flavor: 4/10 Texture: 6/10 --- I bought these at TJ Maxx and I love the jar! The lady at checkout asked "did you come here just to buy these?" I tried explaining my pickle collection and she was not impressed. No special notes, gherkin texture where skin and meat are about the same, they do have a slight sweet flavor but doesn't taste intentional
