Another fermented pickle! This label confirms my thinking that fermented pickles are fridge style pickles and canned/pickled pickles are shelf stable. I sorta wish I had divided them up into  two categories now on their own scales because they have different approaches to being a pickle.
The photos are different for these because I got to try them IN California with my friend during a trip we went on to Yosemite!

Texture of skin is a little tough but the meat is really good though. I'd like to try them peeled. 

The seeds separate from meat and give it a nice texture. I don't like sushi fish eggs and boba but thats sort of the feel these gave me and I liked it. Garlic flavor with onion sort of like a claussen. Doesn't have a spicy pepper flavor despite the pepper being in the container.
