Strong bite of flavor, sharp? These are really crunchy as well. 

Tart/sour, but no spice notes or flavors. Nothing remarkable or notable but not bad in any way.

Uncle Yiannis Gherkins Cornichons --- Flavor: 4/10 Texture: 6/10 --- I bought these at TJ Maxx and I love the jar! The lady at checkout asked "did you come here just to buy these?" I tried explaining my pickle collection and she was not impressed. No special notes, gherkin texture where skin and meat are about the same, they do have a slight sweet flavor but doesn't taste intentional
