Super salty, vinegar is potent, I had them out of the fridge for a bit, so I wonder if that altered the flavor any. They have a slight citrus flavor. I want to try again but cut them up and maybe see if it is recommend to eat with WITH something like spices or kimchi or how they are on the bag. Maybe these are to be an ingredient rather than a straight pickle.

Tillen Farms Stonewell Kitchen Lemon Dill Pickles Gherkin Spears --- Flavor: 5/10 Texture: 5/10 --- These had a lemon slice pickled in with them in the jar. You can taste the lemon rind. Like you took pickle juice and half-ed it in the jar and added lemon juice as well. Not sour like a lemon. The pickles themselves have a soft texture, skin is soft like the meat. These are not great but I have had worse.

Uncle Yiannis Gherkins Cornichons --- Flavor: 4/10 Texture: 6/10 --- I bought these at TJ Maxx and I love the jar! The lady at checkout asked "did you come here just to buy these?" I tried explaining my pickle collection and she was not impressed. No special notes, gherkin texture where skin and meat are about the same, they do have a slight sweet flavor but doesn't taste intentional
