They have a slightly sweet taste but it’s not overwhelming. I don’t know if that’s common with Cornichons or not, I should research it. Or is that what “German style” means?

They always have a numbing flavor, I always assume its alum to keep them shelf stable ok for a pickle emergency, but wouldn't CHOOSE them over others

Giuliano All Natural Sweet Red Onion Strips Marinated with Lime --- Flavor: 10/10 Texture: 10/10 --- I cannot stop myself from eating pickled red onions. They're so delicious. My only complaint is there are not more of them and they are kind of expensive. I don’t really noice the lime but that’s ok, they’re still really tasty

Deutsche Kuche Cornichons with Chili --- Flavor: 5/10 Texture: 6/10 --- These were so tiny I love them. I would wear these little cuties as earrings or lapel pins lol. The flavor was ok, I think the chili helped with that. The texture was good cause of how tiny they were, a good firm crunch but not hard and gross.

SE Grocers Dill Hamburger Chips --- Flavor: 4/10 Texture: 5/10 --- These were pretty bland, they had a standard pickle smell, but the flavor was not there, like they were lacking vinegar and watered down. Slightly squishy but not floppy like regular hamburger chips normally are.

Grillo’s Pickles Spears Classic Dill --- Flavor: 9/10 Texture: 8/10 --- These are tasty, wish more pickle companies had this much dill in them. I love the extra dill. They were crisp and firm, I wish they had been just a little softer. The flavor is good for a few pickles, but after the 6th one you must take a break

I actually did a double take cause I thought I had these before, but going back and looking at the other wickles okra, I did confirm they were different. Less slimy than other wickles okra. Tasty. Not as crispy and firm as the other wither so they get a higher score than the other wickles okra
